Not trying to jump on you but you need to educate yourself before you kill yourself. Whenever you take any kind of AAS you're at an increased risk for elevated RBC's. Simply put it makes your blood thick (hematocrit) which is called polycythemia. Your blood was like a slurpee. Think about that. You're really fortunate to be alive. Even many guys on TRT amounts of test need to give blood.
One pint of blood will not be near enough. Hopefully your doc will be pulling more VERY soon. You should also be hydrating as much as possible and probably taking a baby aspirin nightly as well. I would suggest you search up the Power PCT Protocol by Dr. Scally and prepare for that.
