its trying to fall asleep thats the hard part. especially if I did a later evening workout , I'm still hot and flushed and anabolic feeling from the workout. if you can get an earlier workout in in the day then that helps.
honestly I just lay there for hours tossing and turning until I finally fall asleep. once I fall asleep its not too bad. you just gotta deal with it (I have resorted to shots of bourbon and a muscle relaxer, but thats not the healthiest thing to do).
As for Tren dosage, if your experienced with Tren then I always suggest running Tren E a bit higher then you would tren ace, by at least 50mg.
for experienced guys, Tren ace 100mg EOD is plenty and potent enough starting point (you can go lower and work your way up depending on how long the cycle is).
I usually like to run shorter cycles though, so my base is 100mg of Tren ace EOD with 50mg of Tren suspension pre-workout (5 days a week), so thats about 600mg of Tren a week both in a highly absorbable ester. the higher you go the worse the sides are and there are diminishing returns. If I don't run the tren suspension and only ace then I'll run 75mg a day
dosage is also going to be dependent on what your goals are and what other compounds your running as well. If your running Tren e for the first time in a long time with just a base of test then 300-400 is prob good , for tren ace 250-300 then ramp up from there
