Thread: Ok...the only real downside to Tren :/

    Ok thanks for the feedback guys. So Gearheaded, do you typically get used to this side once you've been on for a while or does it stay consistent the whole time? Now I should clarify, I'm not complaining by any means lol. The way I feel right now I would expect some sides and this is pretty minor in the grand scope of things and the gains I know are coming! I'm more so trying to minimize the sleep sides because with my aggression being up so much it really doesn't help matters when I'm already irritable due to lack of sleep lol and although I can control it very well (for the most part) I find myself getting a little short with clients at times.. Also, what do you usually run tren at? Do you consider 450mg to be a relatively low dose..? Sorry for back to back questions..

    I would recommend 250mg for the first ride on the tren train.

    I've run tren before although this is my first time running tren enanthate but in all honesty it's been almost 8 years and last time I did it me and my friends were making the shit out of finaplex from miami vet. Sadly those days are over lol, but yeah back then it was straight ace and the last time I ran it was ~75mg/ day and handled it fine. Did have some sleep sides but I remember them getting better and also being in a different place in my life I don't remember it bothering me much (but that may just be euphoric recall though).. The same way you can only remember the good times with that crazy ass ex gf lol. You remember how she loved giving road head but somehow keep forgetting about her crashing your newly leased car and costing you a f*ckin fortune lol. Funny how the brain works! Sorry, I digress man... So yeah, I could see 250mg/wk being recommended for first tren ride on "tren train" lol but I've been on this train before although not at this dosage. What's the general consensus on tren dosages fellas? At what dosage do you guys feel the sides start outweighing the results. I feel this is a sensible dosage for me (may be a tad high) but 1cc eod has such a nice ring to it!

    My recommendation is that you work on controlling the irritability. I become very irritable on tren. I let things go much easier on tren because I think, “what will I gain by responding or reacting?”
    It takes some work and thank God that they cannot read my mind of what I am really thinking.

    its trying to fall asleep thats the hard part. especially if I did a later evening workout , I'm still hot and flushed and anabolic feeling from the workout. if you can get an earlier workout in in the day then that helps.
    honestly I just lay there for hours tossing and turning until I finally fall asleep. once I fall asleep its not too bad. you just gotta deal with it (I have resorted to shots of bourbon and a muscle relaxer, but thats not the healthiest thing to do).

    As for Tren dosage, if your experienced with Tren then I always suggest running Tren E a bit higher then you would tren ace, by at least 50mg.
    for experienced guys, Tren ace 100mg EOD is plenty and potent enough starting point (you can go lower and work your way up depending on how long the cycle is).

    I usually like to run shorter cycles though, so my base is 100mg of Tren ace EOD with 50mg of Tren suspension pre-workout (5 days a week), so thats about 600mg of Tren a week both in a highly absorbable ester. the higher you go the worse the sides are and there are diminishing returns. If I don't run the tren suspension and only ace then I'll run 75mg a day

    dosage is also going to be dependent on what your goals are and what other compounds your running as well. If your running Tren e for the first time in a long time with just a base of test then 300-400 is prob good , for tren ace 250-300 then ramp up from there

    Dude thank you you f*ckin rock! Overall I feel fantastic and starting to make some legit gains. Gonna post a pic here soon so I can get progress feedback. Honestly I tried to take one earlier but the lighting was horrible and if I'm gonna put a pic on the internet I want it to look at least decent!     Tren is definitely one of those compounds that you can see working and see changes in the mirror almost on a daily basis

    Kuwait , same place oxygen gym gets theirs

    if your fairly lean to start with and you take Tren (especially along with insulin), you can literally see your muscles filling up and getting harder almost on a daily basis. a new vein shows up, a new striation, more roundness in your shoulders etc.. (much harder to see if your over say 13% bf)
