Currently I decided to go off-season for a a year and I was just wondering the following.
1: if I do fasted cardio everyday, would it impact my gains? Reason I ask is because too many opinions out there and it’s kind of annoying.
I am in a very high calorie surplus and I just want to keep somewhat lean while going into a heavy offseason.
I take my aminos before hand and do 30mins fast Pace walking tho I been doing this 3 x a week. Can I bump it up to everyday without it having a negative impact?
