Have you figured out your BMR and TDEE? To make sure you’re not spinning your wheels with your current approach (pre aas).. idk kg to lb and I’m too lazy to ask Siri but is your diet putting you in a low enough deficit to lose body fat?
You def carry the bulk of your body fat around your belly, which will be the last place for it start falling off. Look at it like a swimming pool.. in your situation your chest, arms, legs would be the shallow end, and midsection is the deep end. Doesn’t matter where you start sucking water from, the deep end is going to be the last place to empty out. That’s why everyone is telling you to focus on gaining.. you’re going to be even skinnier when the pool is finally empty. Unless you don’t give af that’s up to you bro
