Hey guys; Lately, I have no motivation to get my ass to the gym. I just don't feel like going, but when I get there it's OK. I just hate that feeling of lack of energy and motivation I had before. Do you bros get this. I tried coffee, redbull but nothing helps, it is in my head. Any suggestions what to do. It might be the heat, cause in the winter I seem to feel more gung oh.![]()
