    slow twitch muscle fibers

does anybody incorperate working your slow twitch muscle fibers since the average person's muscle content is about 50/50, even tho fast twitch fibers are able to hypertrophy easier and bigger than slow, however they still make up 50% of most muscle? so anybody hit these fibers hard?

I use high reps and low reps to work all types of fibers, yes.

    the range is this
    fast twitch=1-12
    medium twitch=12-25
    slow twitch=25-40
anything past that is a waste of time unless you're doing some major drop set wich I think is a staple of any workout
I usually do on my last set 10-12 reps(failure) followed immediately by 12 reps(lower wieght to failure) hope this helps!

I like to use all ranges form high to low 15- 6, is the rang I use, this way I get the benefit of high and low (fast and slow twich) muscle fiber stimulation,

im thinking about using a pyramid method, 15(slow twitch), 10(hypertrophy), 5(strength which will eventually create hypertrophy)... what do you guys think about this?

I use anywhere from 4-6 reps(heavy sets) up to 20 reps(burnout). I've used the pyramid before also, works pretty good. After warmup sets, I had sets of 10, 8, 6,4, then a burnout at end. Have also done the pyramid the other way and gone up reps.

For all my exercises 1 set consists of 12-4-8-10-25 reps. The 12-4-8-10 reps all go at 90° flexion, The 25 is full range of motion to complete the set.
