    cutting question

    just wondering what the like top 3 best ways of cutting is, especially fat on the stomach also ive seen the word cardio sometimes, can someone explain that to me ? thx

    oh and last, is it best to switch from bulking to cutting every 6 months ?
    is that like the normal thing most guys do ?

    Cardio, Cardio, and then more Cardio.

    Run, bike,skip, jump, do something that raises your hb/h. Any type of physical exercise is good. Pump weights if you want to. You have to burn more callories a day then you take in. It's best, I find, to do something that will make you sweat though.

    I think you need to research basic exercises. You might even think about getting a personal trainer for a few sessions at a gym. They can teach you the basics and get you started.

    ok thx, so cardio is basically a word for every activite that involves movement like running etc ?
