anyone ever deal with disk problem it happened 4 months ago my L5 disk is bulging what do u guys suggest, should i continue training with weights or just do cardio and push ups until it is healed. would appreciate your input thank you

I would discuss this with your Doctor. Some exercises may be okay while others ie: squats, deadlifts, ect. can make your situation worse.
IMO it just isn't worth it at this stage.
Go to the doctor!!!
