    I think he is talking about Sumo deads and conventional deads...maybe lol?? If so, Conventional deads are better for building mass in regards to bodybuilding....in powerlifting I think it is a toss-up as to which is better...I still favor conventional either way.

    there are two different kinds of deads that hit different areas. The guys here have basically already answered you so I won't reiterate or elaborate on what they have already said.
