Lose it fast, get it back fast.
You need a small life style change if your prone to put on fat and wish to keep it off permanently. Diet and cardio.
research the diet forum.
Takes time bud. start with nutrition and exercise.

loosing fat requires a good diet. with a weak diet loosing fat will be harder. eating better should help alot. get on a decent diet and see where that goes. also try jogging, sit ups, and cardio exercises.
I think everyone pretty much answered this question so ill just go with a motivational response. Just focus and I know you can do it. There are alot of people here that would support you and answer any questions you ask. Peace.
