    Unhappy desperatly need help with quads

    My quads just arent growing! I'm not completely sure if they've ever grown in the 2 years I've been training seriously. I've been using the DC method for the past 2 months and while my strength is improving they're still not getting any bigger. Even while I was on my bulking diet. I do heavy squats until I collapse and leg presses until I just about puke. And the weight on my quad extensions has double in the course of a year but it sure doesnt show! Is there anything out there that works?
    My leg workouts usually look something like;
    Squats or leg presses 2 warm up sets, 1 working set
    standing calve raises 3 heavy sets until my legs feel like they're on fire
    hamstring press 2 warm up sets, 1 working set

    Well, then it sounds like overtraining to me. Take a week off from legs and do a light week when you come back.

    How long are your legs? I have longer type legs so mass took FOREVER to even start appearing. If strength is going up and your diet and rest are good, then I say patience will be the last answer.
