I was at 60LB a couple weeks after I started lifting, I can't imagine a guy being at 60LB after lifting for a while. What is your routine like, maybe just overworking and not giving yourself enought time time recover. I think if I tried to bench the day after chest day I would probably only be at 60LB too cause I'm so sore the next day.

This sounds kinda hokey to me unless you are really young, have some neurological disease, or other disability you aren't mentioning. If it is genuine, then post up a workout routine, a brief description of what you eat, and your stats.
dude i took my bro to work out with me and he was a pussy at the bench, he benched like 10 lbs on each side IF that, but he has a hormonal imbalance i think, cause he went to the doctor to get blood tests for it.

Get those hormones checked like recommended, eat alot, and keep lifting. Eventually youll start putting up weight. I had a skinny friend that started benching 95 and its been 4 years but hes now benching 275 natural and put on some really good weight. It all about the diet bro (wish I knew that when I started).
