I hate running, I do it sometimes but in general i hate it. So i started jumproping. Anyone else do that regularly? Its a lot harder than i remember as a kid. My shoulders get tired before anything else. But i feel like its a pretty good workout.![]()

I don't know. If it tires out my calfs, I should add it to my calf work out totally kill them. End of session, I guess.
