I am 44 years old and I am a believer in low volume and training each bodypart once a week. Has anyone had any luck with the DC training?
Thanks guys.

I am 40 and have been at this for 25+ years and DC has the best program that I have tried for gaining muscle and strength in the shortest time, toughest program I have ever done also...Originally Posted by bigjohnr
thanks In-human. Is this something that you can stay on or is it just a short term program to gain quick size? Also, are you doing it 3 or 4 days per week. I read a few of DC's posts. I like the concept, it brings what I am already doing to a new level.
Been doing this program for the last 10 months and I do a modified 4 day split that DC gave me.Originally Posted by bigjohnr

Enjoy...
I've been doing a DC training type program for the past 9+ months...seeing great results. I also currently do a 4 day spilt, but will be switching it up to a 3 day split for a 3 month period.
I was doing it for 2 months, and then i tried a modified version with the same principles along with the deep muscle stretches. I have gone up 15 pounds, and my strength has shot through the roof.
Can you explain what dc training is in jest and where can I find more info on it? I googled it and just found a bunch of gyms in washington dc....thanks.![]()
Look at my post above and go to that link...Originally Posted by SplinterCell
