Awsomethanks murphy. But whats the best kind a carb drink you guys use? I heard Dextrose is good but im not seeing it on there.

That site is for research chems and supplies. Good prices for supps are on bodybuilding.com or 1fast400.com. I get all my protien and supps from either of those when theyre on sale. I dunno about a carb drink, I put 40g protien, 40g dex and 40g maltodextrin in my pwo shake.

Alright I see theres tons of differnt kinds of maltodextrin and dextrose. Well what do you guys use?
