I have worked out two possible bulking splits, and need some input on which would be the wiser choice for putting on some muscle. Thanks for all input.
Option 1:
Day 1:Chest/Tris
Day 2:Off
Day 3:Back/Bis/Forearms
Day 4:Off
Day 5:Shoulders, Traps
Day6:Off
Day 7: Legs
Day 8: Off
Repeat
OR
Option 2:
Day 1:Chest/Back
Day 2:Off
Day 3:Shoulders/Traps
Day 4:Off
Day 5:Arms
Day 6:Off
Day 7:Legs
Day 8:Off
Repeat
Currently I am 19 y/o, 6'1 225lbs 11% bf. My biggest problem with option one is the back/bis chest/tris split. I have heard that arms receive a much better result when bis/tris are trained together, is this true? Any input is appreciated, thanks.
