I need to build up my hamstrings and currently all im doing for them is leg curls, which I dont think cuts it. Right now im thinking about adding in SLDL's but im already doing deadlift on back day. Do you guys think it would be okay?

Or maybe doing hamstrings on back day and doing just SLDL's or them with normal deadlifts? what do you guys think?
Do them first in your workout if you want to bring them up. Most people work hamstrings as an afterthought. Leg or back day will both work.
