    plastic bags?

i heard wrestlers and bodybuilders wear bags while doing cardio to help them get more shredded before a contest or match...is this true? and if so does it help burn more calories/fat??...i wouldnt mind giving it a shot if it helps that much more, any suggestions??

Just makes you sweat more and you lose water weight. But you have to replace it very quickly. Its very dangerous.

Not recommended as dehydration occurs much quicker. There was a story on Dateline about a year ago about a wrestler I believe and he died.

Just throw on some sweats and do your cardio....a little safer and you'll still sweat your butt off.

one for anyone under 150 pounds.....two for those ranging from 150-200....and three - four for those of heavier weight. Of course you must remember to rotate your bodybuilder so that he cooks evenly. hahahaha

I would reccomend against using plastic bags. Heightens the rate of dehydration. Just wear some sweatpants and a sweatshirt and a thermogenic and you'll be safer than sorry. You won't be able to see the benefits of weight loss if you aren't alive.

    Yep.

I just use old fashioned sweats, its sufficant. Do cardio at least 45min EOD if your trying to get shreaded, and make sure do drink a lot of water during this time. Before and after, you don't want to get dehydrated.
