I know upright rows hit your side and front delts, your serratus, traps, bis, and forearms. But do they hit your REAR delts at all?

Bent over rear raises are the best lift for rear delt IMO.
I think they hit the whole upper back area including your shoulders. But its main focus is on the traps. It will help broaden your shoulders if that what you are going for. Just my 2 cents
I just started doin bent over rear raises the last 3 workouts after seein an article in MD(only mainstream mag worth readin) and they hit the rear delts really good. Also, I noticed how neglected the rear delts are, as I was doin weight thats laughable compared to other things, even other delt movements. Ive been doin upright rows for a while, but with the range of motion and arm placement that I do my rows with, they havnt really strengthened my rear delts (not to say that rows dont have their place, awesome exercise)
