Ive noticed alot of peoples bi workout have alot less exercises in it, was wondering if i was overtraiing...
Warmup- 3x12 of sitting ezbar curls
Long bar curls- x12 x10 x8 x6 x 12
Standing curls- 3x 10
incline bench curls(palms facing out at all times) 3x10
then the close grip curls on the pec dec- 3x10
wondering how this looks, am i overtraining, do things in a diff order, ne feedback??
