the only machine we have for leg curls in my gym is a seated one where you basically do the opposite of an extension. i already do stiff legged deads,and of course they get hit a little with squats and leg presses(escpecially if i let my knees touch my chest). i also do walking lunges. i have thought about adding romanian deads, and maybe good mornings, what do you think about combinging those with stiff deads? also, anyone have ideas on how to do glute-ham raises with no partner and weak knees?
