    Good mags/books?

Wondering whats a good magazing to subscribe to for general info on workouts, new supps, things like this. Also wondering what a good book is on general dieting stuff, suppliments, workouts, pretty much all the stuff youd wanna be knowledable in when workingout as intense as most of us on here do, thanx alot

Nothing is as good as what the internet can provide (other than formal education) from what I've seen. There is a great deal of knowledge you can attain right here.

I like Arnold's Bodybuilding Encyclopedia, tons of stuff in there and every now and then I pick up a Muscle and Fitness, or Flex (for entertainment)
