    If you could pick

    If your workout alloted you 3 chest movements which would you pick?
    i think i am gonna go with
    flat bench
    db incline
    weighted dips for a change

    flat bench
    neck throat press using flat bench (for upper chest)
    Incline DB's

    Same thing except I'd change flat bench to flat db press and db incline to bb incline

    sounds like i am gonna be doing some dips. brew i usually do flat dbs and barbell incline but i am changing it up for about 8 weeks.

    Oh o.k. sorry bro I had no idea. well good luck with it. i usually change mine every week not unless I see big results then I use it for all its worth and then change. I hope one day I will find the one that works the best for me. With non stop gains.

    When you do dips make sure you lean forward to hit the chest more.

    i see that some of you leave out flat bench n your workouts, any reason 4 this?

    I find the standard flat bench press overrated, better results from other exercises

    I perfer dumbells. It isolates my chest much better.

    Yea fitness guy, but some bros didnt have a flat bench movement at all.

    Incline bb press, incline db press, flat bench flyes, these have produced the best results for me so far.

    REX YOU ARE A SMART MAN, this is what i would do, i might even do wide grip decline over weighte dips, gives me chest a nice shape
