About how many calories do all yall burn while doing your AM cardio? I run about 50 min every morning but Sunday's and I only burn right around 400 something calories a day. I am 22 and when i jump on the tred mill, It says that i need to stay right at 129 heart rate to burn fat. Is this right? It doesn't even seem that i get much of a workout let alone a good sweat going. I think the speed is like 4.8. I just want to make sure I am burning fat, I don't seem to notice me getting leaner in the mirror, but it has only been about 4 weeks now since i bagan. When do you think i will be able to see results?
