    Tri's 3 times a week??

Right now i am starting to train in MMA, and alot of people seem to like the 3 day a week program, one example of this would be
    mon-chest/Bi Wed-back/Tri Fri- Shoulders/legs
Looking at this it seems like id be working my triceps every single day i workout, would this be better??
    Mon- Chest/Tri Tue back/BI fri- Shoulders/Legs??
Which one do u guys prefer, or i should say which will alow better rest for my muscles n be the most beneficial

The later of the two is going to allow for more recovery and are much better splits.

I also like the second one much more looks like the first one puts way too much stress on the triceps. The second is very similiar to mine.

if you're going to use a 3x/week split like that the best bet would to go with something like this, chest/shoulders/tri, back/bi, legs

you throw legs inbetween chest and back to give upper body extra rest and recovery

if you recover really fast work them 2x a week, if not 1x.

since you're training MMA, i would just stick to 1x.
