shaokah, Looks a lot more like it, you seem to be training chest and other body parts twice a week, I would say this is to much,Originally Posted by Testo^

ok, but i really want to train chest 2 times a week.. Is it any other programs that i can run ? Where i can train chest 2 times a week?
whenever i do a muscle 2 times a week i usualy make sure the 2nd time is about 60% the amount of sets of the previous time. so basically if i do chest 2 times a week 1st time will be about 18 sets, 2nd only 10 sets
Hmm, well i train chest on different ways...
Day 1 = Flat Benchpress, flyes and dumb bell behind your head ( dont remember the english name on that exercise )
Day 5 = Dumbbell bench when the bench is turned upwards.. ( dont remember the english word.. )
Flyes, and dumbbell behind your head
Isnt that ok ? even if i do 6 reps every time ?![]()
If you are going to do chest twice, do the whole chest twice. Flat, Incline (bench turned upwards), Decline, Flyes and Pullovers (dumbell behind head). I do think it's a good idea to make one workout a "bar-only", and the other a "dumbell-only" workout. JMHO.
any other opinions ?
do you in ur six rep routine, have any warm up sets?? and do you push urself to the max in weight every time u do the six repper?? and do u try to lift more and increase every time u do ur routine?? this is very inportant if u want to do chest 2 times a week??Originally Posted by Testo^
mon = chest
tues = bic and tric
wed = back
thurs = legs
frid = shoulders
sat off
sun off
why do you need to train chest 2s a week?? it will almost definitely lead to over training if you use a traditional routine. With multiple sets..Originally Posted by Testo^
