    l. bratzi's leg workout

    alright i'm puttin my leg routine so u guys can crituque it,

    quads
    2 sets warmup. leg extensions
    4 sets squats 12 reps
    4 sets seated leg press ""
    4 sets leg extensions ""

    pretty basic but i get a good workout from it

    calves-i dont know what most the excersises are called so i'll try to explain
    3 sets seated calf raises
    3 sets raises is barbell on shoulders
    3 sets calf machine were u push it forward
    3 sets calf press on seated leg press machine.

    It looks alright I guess, nothing extreme. Id say get rid of a couple calf exercises, I dont think you need that many sets for such a tiny muscle.

    Hamstrings are half of your leg mass, but I don't see any hamstring work.

    the only workout i know for hams is the leg curls, i've never trained my hams but i guess i will start, what other excersices are there and how many sets should i do.

    It might help to do hams on their own day...Also you might want to try the 12-15 range for squats (higher reps for squats work for me)...Also doing all of your leg extention set BEFORE squats works for me too. JMO

    He probably does them on back day.

    i do normal deadlifts on back day..not stiff leg. I don't feel those in my back at all its all hamstrings

    yeah i do deadlifts on back day, but what is stiff legged deadlift. also do u guys do squats with the smith machine or without. i usually do them without until last week. i did it on the smith so i can get better form, but i heard that u dont use ur stabalizer muscle and its actually worse for u to use the smith.

    The smith machine PREVENTS proper squat form.

    Im pretty sure straight leg deads are still a back exercise with glutes and hamstrings being yer stabilizer. Also stay away from any and all machines. If you want to get big and not be in the same spot in 10 years use free weights and nothing but. Also heres a site to show you what a straight leg deadlift is

    Barbell Straight Leg deadlifts
