my diet and all is pretty good. at least 200 grams pro and carbs is moterate. not on any supps. i am just maintaining now but am about to bulk and was wondering if this is too much because i see back routines in flex where cormier only does like 4 sets lat pulls and t-bar and then dumb bell row with deadlifts. it seems that i am doing alot more lats?

Try varying up your workout. 3 exercises for lats might be a bit much. There have been a lot of routines posted on AR. BigKev's is one of the most infamous. Do a search and check around to see what you find. Let me know if you need any help.....

Try replacing your pull-downs with pull-ups You could stop trying to do seated cable rows and t-bars in the same workout. Try using t-bar rows and wide-grip barbell rows, grip about as wide as regular bench press in the same workout. Don't forget the deadlifts or half deadlifts too.
