Due to my work sched. i am only able to work out first thing in the morning around 830am. i've heard this is not a good time. Is there any truth to that?

if that's what you can do, then it's perfect..you will have to wake up early for your pre-workout meal. make sure to have proper post workout, and ppwo meals too

From what I have read 4pm is the best time for your strength training. I believe it has to do with peak hormone levels. I read this over ten years ago, so forgive me that I can't give you a more scientific answer. Do what the other bros said, and train when time allows you. Good luck!Originally Posted by WarriorChief
