There is so much more info needed for this,, but you could try some circuit with anaerobic exercises, mixed with aerobic training… And make sure the diet is good.
Fast walking, stationary bike, treadmill, ellipticals, are good for cardio.
but the key as I have found is to find her something that she will stick to…
and ofcourse diet and eat right foods...........
I think she should find something she enjoys doing. Her cardio should be done 4-5 times per week for 30-45 minutes and she will likely get bored quickly.
