Ditto, I've been doing them, but the ass end of the bar always rolls all over the place. I don't have a spotter to hold it for me so I may be doing it wrong.
ALWAYS search the forum for info BEFORE starting a new thread.

Gracias!
i did search this forum, nothing came up with t-bar row even in the title
chest6-thanks, but i dont even know how to execute the lift? like i said, heard of them...but have never seen one done. body position, hand, elbow position,etc.....
Ill load the plates on one side..stand over strattling the bar...put both hands on top of each other right before the weights and pull up..the weights should get close to your chest and you should keep a flat back and bent knees..sit back
chest6 you are the king of BORs and t-bar rows with your 4 week switching thing. 40 lbs increase wow.Originally Posted by chest6

Also if you don't have someone to put a foot down on the end once the weight gets really heavy...try rolling a 100-150lb dumbell straight in the corner, and put the end of the bar under the dumbells handle to hold it down.
