i can't use freewieghts for lateral delt movements cuz of my bumm elbow, so i've been hitting the pec deck (chest facing the bench). today i decided to do the opposite and sit with my back on the bench...... my shits got nuked.
there is a footrest on this deck which helped me (i could force by back to the bench) keep my body in place and up the poundage. felt so good i did 7 sets!
