So heres the deal gents.. Im leaving to the field friday to yuma arizona for a month and a couple days of change.. Its so close to summer I really dont feel like taking the entire month off so I went out this weekend and bought a straightbar with 120 lbs of weight( yeah I know its not much but weights seem to be expensive when you buy them brand new)..
My stats are age20/weight 186/5'11/8.8% bf
Current workout
mon chest/tri/abs
tues back/bi
wed abs/cardio
thurs powercleans/quads
fri shoulders/abs
sat cardio
sun restd
Workout is a little scattered already I know but its working decently good at the moment
My goal for the field operation in yuma is to control my current stats if not get better, I also have a 40lb db that ill be bringing with various waterjugs I can use to do shrugs with that are around 25 lbs(might as well use the straight bar stacked)
Anyways some help with some workouts would be awesome unfortunately the marines dont pay enough to buy more stuff thats why ill have to adapt and overcome. Ill have nothing but time while im out there because im artillery and its really less work than its all hyped up to be.. Anyways thanks guys if missed anything let me know
