Jacked, you may want to look at the following thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=207805 from last month which was very informative on cardio and intensity whilst cutting....as some have discovered I'm a bit of a sprint Nazi...so it generated a lively debate...but it's all good...
on a side note...been doing my sprints on my current bulk, and have kept fat accumulaiton to a minimum, with either 2 days of 15mins of sprints or 1 day x sprints, 1 day of soccer...
