hey guys wuts up... i recently let my self go extremely for a while... ive been back in the gym for two weeks now and im starting to get back into the game... im really used to doing bulking exercises but now i want to strictly tone and cut up.. heres my routine

monday-Chest/ Tri's
Tuesday-Back/ Bi's
Wed-Shoulders/trapz
Thursday-legs
Friday-Chest or back- every other week???

i do abs every other weekday
i do cardio also every day for 20 mins

any advice as far as number of sets # of exercises and reps???
