how do i get big?
i have read a bit... not a lot of which i remember... and so far it seems that getting big involves doing between 8 - 10 reps on exercises with a lot of sets (correct me if i m wrong) like german volume training?
WHat are the advantages of doing 10x10 (or 8x8) as opposed to 3x8?
could you perhaps mak (or give me an idea) for such a routine(8x8 for example)?
i have been working out for a year now
so far i have been concentrating on only strength
i am 5'7" 185 lbs
