Hi guys, i'm almost done with my sustanon bulking cycle, got 2 weeks left . Am hitting the cardio machines from this week on , twice a week , looking at 1 hour low intensity sessions.
Would this be counter-productive for me? I don't think catabolism would be an issue with the test still in my system? I wish I had time for shorter sessions e.g. 30-45 mins 4-5 times a week but my schedule does not permit that.
