    Heh

    Hey Tai,

If you're cutting (which you are, given your posts in the diet forums), I'm pretty sure you do it on an empty stomach - like morning cardio on an empty stomach.

I started sprinting last week, and then screwed up one of my knees somehow. Hurt for a few days. Hopefully I won't fvck it up again

ha no no u only do moderate to light intensity cardio on E

sprinting = HIGH INTENSITY= BURNING amino's for fuel thus you need a carb source and preferably caffiene to spare amino's/glycogen and induce fatty acid oxidation.

just not sure on what would be most ideal

Ya I wouldn't do sprinting on empty. Seems like a plan for muscle loss. I agree with you Tai about the carb source. Just not really sure exactly what you should go for.

I dont think it would matter as long as you dont eat too much of it...(pro/carb etc) from what I understand sprinting is something that burns fat throughout the day...not necessarily while your doing them...

Thats one thing I'm worried about. Sputnik always has preached sprinting but that is one thing I am afraid of. That and building muscle most effectively.

In theory sprinting is catabolic. But if he is doing 100's and 400's his cardiovascular endurance is going to increase so much that he is going to be in sick shape in the room and probably able to lift more which will in my opinion washout the catabolic effect. Look at most of the sprinters in the world. Lots are pretty jacked up and in sick shape. I would do it on an empty stomach and but drink some water and take ephedra. That will get you going for sure.
