Fellas, I was trying to conjure up a new workout routine to go with my next cycle. This is what I came up with:

MONDAY  Chest, Triceps

TUESDAY  Back, Biceps

WEDNESDAY  Off

THURSDAY  Shoulders, Traps, Abs, Obliques, Forearms

FRIDAY  Quads, Hamstrings, Calves

SATURDAY  Biceps, Triceps, Forearms

SUNDAY  Off

What do yall think? Any suggestions/critiques would be appreciated. Thanks
