Do you have a deadline to make a weight? If not, I wouldnt sweat it. Sure add some time tomm or evenly over the next few days. Wouldn't go to long, might risk going catabolic. I'm always paranoid of that, dont wanna waste hard earned muscle.

I wouldnt do cardio everyday though i do it like 4-5 times a week 45-60 minutes, along with working out. It's ok to miss a couple days during the week with cardio.
Dont sweat it bro. I know it bugs you alot, but in the grand scheme of things it wont affect you that much.
