    i would say thats its probably right, but i truly do get at least mildly sore or very stiff from almost every workout. wouldnt feel right if i didnt

    I really try and make this my main goal, workout to workout. With this, though, I have found that I am usually sore the next 2-4 days.

    For the longest time i would only do 1 muscle group a day and take that muscle beyond fatigue. I'd be sore for the next 2-3 days but wouldn't really see many gains. I switched up my routine to doing a full body HIT workout, 3 times a week and i am never really that sore, but my gains have been through the roof. I'm not currently taking any supps or AS, just diet and training.

    i disagree...think about it like this. if you are doing more work, then obviously microscopic tears should occur in the fibers causing the soreness. If you don't feel the soreness, the tears didn't happen or just not to a great enough extent.
