My chest is underdeveloped in comparison to the rest of my body. Im 6'5 and have long arms wich doesn't help. Im wondering if i should start doiing chest twice a week or throw in a few excercises when i do shoulders and traps. Im doiing between 6-10 reps till failure on my working sets, should i go a little heavier and do 4-6 reps?? Im doiing chest and tris on monday and shoulders traps thurs
