i understand i need cardio to cut.just coming off cycle. 5-11 ,235 20% bf my upper body and legs look pretty good and tight.the 20% seems to be in my mid section. chest shoulders legs all big and cut pretty good. im off work right now cause of weather so when i wake up straight to the gym on empty stomach for about an hour (cardio). then post wo meal etc.in the evening back to the gym for lifting for at least an hour or more. need to lose this belly!can you guys help me out in the right direction. turtle belly runs in the family. oh yeah 29 yrs old if that helps.
