Just wondering for a few of you experts out there, do you think it would be possible for me to gain 5kgs of good weight in a clean 8 week bulking cycle whilst following a pretty solid westside powerlifting routine and 4000calorie a day diet at a current bodyweight of 178lbs. Also supplementing with creatine, no-explode, n-large2 and zma??? Its just i have a powerlifting meet in 10 weeks and need to start adding mass to both my frame and my lifts to make a solid competitor at my weight class. at the minute i am sort of hovering between the 75kg class and the 82.5kgs class. I wana be a good 82.5 lifter
