I used to have abs, but I don't believe it was because I truly earned them...I was just blessed with no fat around the abs and then i did a few crunches making it look as though I worked for months. I've been slowly developing lower stomach fat recently and I was wondering if it was because I've quit running as often. I still have my upper abs but the area around and below my belly button seems ot be a breeding ground for fat - is running the only possible way to kick this fat and get the abs I used to have and love? Or is there a better quickfix?
