    Help with Abs?

    I used to have abs, but I don't believe it was because I truly earned them...I was just blessed with no fat around the abs and then i did a few crunches making it look as though I worked for months. I've been slowly developing lower stomach fat recently and I was wondering if it was because I've quit running as often. I still have my upper abs but the area around and below my belly button seems ot be a breeding ground for fat - is running the only possible way to kick this fat and get the abs I used to have and love? Or is there a better quickfix?

    If the only thing that's changed is that you aren't running anymore, than that's probably the main reason why you are slowly developing lower stomach fat. You don't have to run, but you need to do some type of cardio in order to burn the fat off. Diet and cardio are the natural keys to burning fat. Additionally you can use the supplemental ECA stack to help burn off the fat, that will help for a quicker fix to your problem.
