hey guys, as u can see from my pic, i am not outta shape, but i just want to get some more muscle and get cut. i have never really been to the gym on a consistent basis and when i have been it has always been w. a friend, I am starting to go to the gym by myself in the mornings b4 work, and I need to get a good work out routine and diet, can someone post me or send me a good routine? please.....![]()
