    Cardio and Basketball

    Well, Im bulking and currently doing about 1 hour of bike (70% MHR) 3 days a week. Im gonna start going up to the park to play basketball with my friends. Should I keep my biking the same, or doe ssome cancel out? Or what should I do? Thought plz? Thanks!

    keep the biking the same, just have some food about an hour before the bball game and don't forget to kick ass!

    When I do something sport oriented that involves either jogging or sprinting I make sure to have some carbs before and after..

    You are not on a cycle are you?

    How long are you bullking for?

    I would not pick up basketball while I was trying to bulk, but if you really want to play basketball what I would do is eat a solid protein/carb meal 45 minutes before your game. Sip on some gatorade (you can mix some whey in with the gatorade if you like) during the basketball game and then eat another protein/carb meal after.

    I play ball even when I cycle. like everyone said, just keep the carbs/pro in your system b4 and after.
