i'd move bi's with back, and do some incline with your chest

and by 'quads' to you mean leg extensions?

i'd also add some reverse flies with your shoulders

i'd do your pull ups as your first exercise before back

looks better...one more suggestion i have is dips for triceps, i find these necessary

for heavy compound movements (bench, rows, deads, squats...etc) i dont like to do more than 8 reps and less than 4

for iso exercises i don't like to do more than 10 reps

do your deadlifts first on back day so you are as explosive as possible. bro, sets and reps vary from body part to body part. on major lifts such as BB bench, Deads, military press, you could go 8,6,4 incraesing weight, and for smaller groups you could to mre reps 12, 10, 8. do what works for you. me i have seen great success with high volume low rep but will be changing for a few weeks to low volume high rep to see how i respond.

you dont need to do many sets for bis. thety are small and will get tprched with back exercises anyway. raed up about training routines. there is a sticky called "various training techniques" choose one, there are many opinions about reps/sets/intensity/frequency that i don't have time to get into all of them. class time
