    Ouch!, Butterflys!

On the front part of my body, right where yr shoulder turns into yr arm. I get this pain when I spread out my arm. Im sure its cuz of the butterflyes I did. But I never before had this pain. Its like a a sharp tear feeling when I move it too much. Should I avoid arm workouts till better or what? Anybody know what might it be?

I would suggest going to the doctor ASAP and don't work any muscle group that's going to be affected by the injury. A "sharp tear feeling" is not good. I hope you feel better.
